Soak and boil 1 tbsp whole moong until soft.

In a bowl, add 2 tbsp oats, boiled moong, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp haldi, water as required, and whisk all the ingredients together.

Heat a tawa, brush it with 2.5 tsp oil, pour a spoonful of batter evenly, and roast the cheela on both sides until golden brown and crisp.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding pistachios.
- Step 5
Serve with chutney or tomato sauce.
