- Step 1
For Fried Paneer
Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan, add 1/4 cup paneer cubes and stir fry until cooked.

For Green Curry
Heat 1 tsp oil and add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, saute until it turns medium brown.
- Step 3
Now add 1 tbsp Thai green curry paste.
- Step 4
Add water as required after the paste sizzles and releases oil.
- Step 5
Now add 3 florets of broccoli, fried paneer cubes,1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, and mix well.
- Step 6
Next, add 1/3 cup coconut milk and 3 basil leaves and stir well.
- Step 7
Cover the pan with a lid to cook until all ingredients combine well.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
