- Step 1
Pre preparation
Roast peanuts and grind into a fine powder.
- Step 2
For Roti
In a bowl add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp roasted peanut powder, 1 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/8 tsp salt and 3/4 tsp oil
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 4
Knead a soft dough using water as required.
- Step 5
Cover and rest the dough
- Step 6
Divide the dough into equal parts.
- Step 7
Roll each dough ball into round roti.
- Step 8
Heat a tawa, roast the roti on both sides using ghee
- Step 9
Serve warm.
