Steps
- Step 1
In a pan, add 1/4 cup grated guava, water as required, and let it cook until guava is cooked and water dries up.
- Step 2
Add 3 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp lemon juice, mix and simmer on a low flame until 1 thread consistency,
- Step 3
Add 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder, mix, and simmer for a few minutes.
- Step 4
Serve fresh or store in an airtight glass jar.
