- Step 1
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil, then add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute it till onion turns translucent.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 cup boiled peas, 1/4 cup julienne lettuce, 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves, and saute it well.
- Step 3
Remove in a grinder, then add water as required and grind it in a smooth puree.
- Step 4
Pour the puree in a heated pan then add 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt, mix and cook it well.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
