Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp jeera, kadi patta, 2 tbsp peanuts and roast until light brown
- Step 2
Add 1/8 tsp hing, 2 tbsp chopped onions, 2 tbsp fresh peas and cook until soft
- Step 3
Add spinach puree and season with 1/8 tsp haldi, salt for taste and mix well
- Step 4
Add sago and cook for 2 minutes
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped cashewnuts
- Step 6
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve warm
