- Step 1
First, heat a pan and dry roast 1/2 cup cashew nuts.
- Step 2
Keep roasting it till it turns lightly aromatic.
- Step 3
Once done, transfer to a processor or blender with 1/2 tsp mixed herbs.
- Step 4
Run the blender and make a fine paste of roasted cashews, then add 1/2 tsp salt.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds.
- Step 6
Add 2 tsp honey and run the blender again.
- Step 7
Add 1 tsp coconut oil while blending the cashews.
- Step 8
Once you are done adding the oil then keep blending till the butter forms into a smooth paste.
- Step 9
Keep scraping the sides with a spatula.
- Step 10
Cashew nut butter is ready.
