Steps
- Step 1
In a mixing bowl add 1/8 cup maize flour,1/8 cup whole wheat flour,1/4 tsp salt,1/4 tsp oil, water as required and knead into the dough.
- Step 2
Divide the dough into small portions and roll out each portion using a rolling pin. Fork it with a fork spoon.
- Step 3
Heat oil in a kadhai and deepfry each rollout portions.
- Step 4
Remove from the oil and immediately shape them In the taco shell using a rolling pin.
- Step 5
Serve.
