- Step 1
For Tikki
In a pan heat 1 tsp butter, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped french beans and stir fry for a minute.

Take a bowl, add in 1/4 cup mashed potato , stir fried vegetables , 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- Step 3
and mix all ingredients well.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 5
Make into a round shape tikki.
- Step 6
Heat 1 tsp oil, shallow fry tikki until golden brown.
- Step 7
For Burger
Cut Burger Bun Into Half, apply 1 tbsp Mayonnaise, 1 lettuce leaf and put a tikki over it . Now add 2 onion slices, 2 tomato slices and a capsicum ring.

Cover with the other half of the burger bun .
