- Step 1
In a mixing bowl add 1/4 cup maida, 1 tbsp honey, 1/4 tsp back pepper powder, 1/4 tsp fennel seed powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda, salt for taste and mix well.

Knead into a soft dough using water as required
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 4
Cover and rest the dough
- Step 5
Divide it into equalsized balls. and roll each evenly
- Step 6
Heat a tawa, place the roti and roast on both sides evenly until golden brown.
- Step 7
Apply ghee and enjoy the warm Honey Roti
