- Step 1
For Wings Fry
In a mixing bowl add 1 tbsp whole wheat flour,1/8 egg, marinated chicken wings and mix it well.
- Step 2
Heat 2 tsp oil in a kadhai and shallow fry the chicken wings till golden brown.
- Step 3
For Thai Sauce
In a pan heat 1/4 tsp oil add 1/8 tbsp chopped garlic,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 5g snowpeas,1/2 tsp Thai red curry paste, and saute it well.
- Step 4
Add into the 1/8 tbsp red chili sauce,1/8 tbsp tomato ketchup,1/4 tsp fish sauce, water as required and mix it well.
- Step 5
Add the fried chicken wings,1 basil leaf and mix it well.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
