Ingredients

- Step 1
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil
- Step 2
Saute 1/4th cup paneer, until golden brown, remove and keep aside.
- Step 3
In another pan, add 1/4th tsp jeera along with the following masalas.
- Step 4
Add 1 tbsp peanuts, 1/8th tsp white til, 1/4th tsp khaskhas, 4 cashew nut, 1 clove, 1/4th tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp garlic, 1 dry red chilli
- Step 5
Dry roast till they turn aromatic.
- Step 6
Once the spices are nicely roasted, transfer to a blender and grind to make fine powder
- Step 7
Now, heat 1 tsp oil and add 3 kadi pattas into it
- Step 8
Add 1/2 cup chopped onion saute till transparent.
- Step 9
Add prepared masala along with, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, and water.
- Step 10
Stir & allow to simmer
- Step 11
Add sauteed paneer with 1/2 tsp salt
- Step 12
Allow to cook for a minute and serve hot.
