- Step 1
For the filling
In a bowl, add 1 tsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tsp chopped green capsicum, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp mixed herbs, 1/4th tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tbsp grated cheese and mix well.

For Kulcha
In a bowl, take 1/4th cup whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1.5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/8th tsp salt.

Give a nestle twist by adding white sesame seeds.

Knead it into a soft dough
- Step 5
Rest the dough for sometime.
- Step 6
Roll out the dough into a round shape and fill the stuffing in the center.

Fold and seal it.
- Step 8
Roll it into a kulcha.
- Step 9
Place the kulcha over a heated pan.
- Step 10
Roast both the sides of the kulcha with 1 tsp ghee.
- Step 11
For the Pizza
Take the prepared kulcha in a frying pan on slow heat, spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce on it, put 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and top it with 1 tbsp grated cheese, 1/4th tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes

Cover and allow to cook till cheese melts.
- Step 13
Serve it hot.
