- Step 1
In a bowl add mashed potato, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1/2 tbsp boiled peas, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped french beans and mix well.
- Step 2
Season with 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, 1/8 tsp dry mango powder, 1/8 tsp cloves powder, 1/4 tsp b black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garlic paste and 1/4 tsp salt. Mix well.

Give it a Nestle twist by adding grated paneer

Shape the mixture into round cutlets
- Step 5
Coat it with 1 tbsp corn flour and set aside
- Step 6
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil and roast the cutlet until golden brown.
- Step 7
Slice the burger bun into half, apply 1 tbsp mayonnaise and sprinkle tsp mixed herbs.
- Step 8
Place a lettuce leaf, add cutlet and top it up with 2 onion slices.
- Step 9
Cover the burger with another half.
- Step 10
Serve with ketchup or any dip of your choice.
