Ingredients

- Step 1
In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/8 tsp green chilli paste and mix.
- Step 3
Now add 1/4 cup juilenne onion and saute.
- Step 4
Add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli, 1/4 tsp garam masala and mix well.
- Step 5
Add 1/4 cup chopped tomato, water as required, and 5 tbsp chopped jackfruit. Sprinkle 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 6
Cover and allow to cook.
- Step 7
Garnish with 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis.
