- Step 1
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp ghee and 2 tbsp suji, and roast until light brown.
- Step 2
Add 1/3 cup chopped jackfruit and give it a good mix.
- Step 3
Add 1 tbsp chopped kaju and 1 tbsp chopped pista.
- Step 4
Pour 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, allow to simmer, and add 2 tbsp sugar, 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder and 1/2 tsp kesar strands.
- Step 5
Cover and cook until suji cooks well and jackfruit softens.
- Step 6
Stir it continuously over a low flame.
- Step 7
Garnish with saffron strands.
- Step 8
Tasty jackfruit sheera is ready to serve.
