Steps
- Step 1
For Jaggery Water
In a pan add water as required,1/8 cup jaggery powder, mix it well and bring to a boil.
- Step 2
Strain the water and keep aside.
- Step 3
For Appam
In a bowl add jaggery water and 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder,1 tbsp chopped fresh coconut,1/2 cup maida,1 tbsp rice flour, and mix all ingredients well.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding banana.
- Step 5
Grease appam mould with 1 tsp ghee then pour the batter and cook appam from both sides.
- Step 6
Serve.
