Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 1 tbsp oats flour, 1 tbsp cornflour, 1 tbsp soybean flour, 1 tbsp wheat flour and mix well
- Step 2
Add boiled moong dal, 1/2 tsp kasuri methi, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp white til, 1 tsp Nestlé A+ Curd and salt for taste
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 4
Knead into a soft dough. Add water if required.
- Step 5
Cover and rest the dough
- Step 6
Divide the dough into equal parts, roll into round shape evenly
- Step 7
Place the thepla on a heated pan and roast it using oil
- Step 8
Serve hot.
