Pre Preparation

Crush ½ tsp jeera into a powder.
- Step 3
Grated 2 tbsp of pumpkin.
- Step 4
For Filling

Take a bowl and add 2 tbsp Grated Pumpkin, 1/8 tsp Salt, 1/8 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1/4 tsp Dry Mango Powder, 1/2 tsp Crushed Jeera and mix well.

For Dough
- Step 7
Take a bowl and add 3 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour, 1 tbsp Maida, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/8 tsp Salt knead soft dough.

Rest the Dough for some time.
- Step 9
For kulcha
Roll the dough and make a chapatti, now fill the pumpkin stuffing and seal and fold it into a ball again.

Roll into a Kulcha with fingers.
- Step 11
Heat a flat pan and roast the kulcha with 2 tsp Ghee.
- Step 12
Serve Hot.
