- Step 1
For Jowar Roti
In a bowl, add 4 ½ tbsp jowar flour, 1 tbsp besan, salt as per taste and mix well.
- Step 2
Knead into a soft dough using water as required.
- Step 3
Cover and rest the dough for a few minutes.
- Step 4
Roll out the dough to make a round roti and roast it from both sides using 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 5
For Chicken Mixture
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, and saute.

Add 1 tsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, salt as per taste, and mix everything.
- Step 7
Add boiled shredded chicken and mix.
- Step 8
Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped mint leaves.
- Step 9
For Frankie
Place jowar roti and spread 1 tsp Nestle maggi rich tomato ketchup.
- Step 10
Place chicken mixture and top it up with 2 tbsp julienne carrot, 1 tbsp julienne green capsicum, 2 tsp julienned green cabbage,1/2 tbsp julienne onion and roll it into the frankie.
- Step 11
Serve with your favorite dip.
