In a bowl, add 1/8 cup grated cucumber, 4 tbsp jowar flour, 2.5 tsp suji, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp grated ginger and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds.
- Step 3
Mix well with some water till a thick batter of pouring consistency is obtained.
- Step 4
Heat 3 tsp oil on a nonstick pan and pour a ladle of batter.
- Step 5
Cover and cook from both sides.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
