Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, mix together 1/8 cup wheat flour,2 tbsp jowar flour, 2 tbsp fenugreek leaves (methi leaves), 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, water as required and knead into a dough.
- Step 2
Roll it into a round paratha and grease a heated griddle with 1 tsp ghee.
- Step 3
Roast the paratha on both sides until light brown and cooked completely.
- Step 4
Serve hot with raita.
