- Step 1
For Cake
In a mixing bowl, add 1.5 tbsp jaggery powder ,1/8 cup jowar flour, 1/8 cup wheat flour,1/4 tsp baking powder,1/8 tsp baking soda, 2 tsp oil, 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Milk gradually,1/8 tsp vanilla extract and whisk it well.
- Step 2
Make a semithin batter.
- Step 3
Pour batter in a greased mold and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 3035 minutes.
- Step 4
Prick the cake with a toothpick on all sides of the cake.
- Step 5
For Milk Malai
In a pan add 1/3 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, and cook till Nestlé A+ Milk comes in half. Keep aside until comes to room temperature and mix in 1/2 tbsp jaggery powder.
- Step 6
Take a cake tin and pour Nestlé A+ Milk malai on top of the cake.
- Step 7
Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped almonds and serve.
