- Step 1
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp jowar flour, 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and salt for taste

Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 3
Knead into a soft dough, add water if required
- Step 4
Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a ball.
- Step 5
Place a dough ball on parchment sheet and flatten it gently to a round shape
- Step 6
Make a small hole in the center of the thalipeeth to help it cook evenly.
- Step 7
Heat a tawa or skillet over medium heat and add oil
- Step 8
Carefully transfer the flattened thalipeeth onto the hot tawa.
- Step 9
Cook on one side until golden brown, then flip it and cook the other side until golden and crispy.
- Step 10
Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or a side of chutney.
