- Step 1
For Jowar Roti
In a bowl, add 4 ½ tbsp jowar flour, 1 tbsp besan, salt as per taste.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 3
Mix and knead into a soft dough using water as required.
- Step 4
Cover and rest the dough for a few minutes.
- Step 5
Roll out the dough to make a round roti and roast it from both sides using 1 tsp oil and set aside
- Step 6
For Vegetable Mixture
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/8 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp hing, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8 cup julienne onion, 1/8 cup julienne green capsicum, 1/8 cup julienne carrot, 1/8 cup julienne green cabbage and saute well.

Add 1/4 cup boiled mashed potato, 1 tsp curry powder, salt as per taste, and mix well.
- Step 8
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped basil leaves and keep aside.
- Step 9
For Frankie
Place jowar roti and spread 1 ½ tsp Nestle maggi rich tomato ketchup evenly
- Step 10
Place vegetable mixture and top it up with 2 tbsp julienne green cabbage.
- Step 11
Roll it into the frankie and serve.
