- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1 tbsp jowar flour, 1 tbsp suji, 1/2 tbsp chopped onions, 1/8 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tbsp chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, water and mix to a smooth batter.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp jeera and mix well. Keep it aside.
- Step 3
Heat a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil on it, and pour a ladleful of batter.
- Step 4
Allow to cook from the bottom, add remaining 1/2 tsp oil from the sides and flip the pancake.
- Step 5
Cook well from both sides and serve hot.
