- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp chopped garlic and cook for a second.
- Step 2
Add 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 cup diced banana and mix well.
- Step 3
Pour a little water, add 1/8 tsp salt and cook until banana pieces soften
- Step 4
Add 1.5 tbsp grated coconut and mix well
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 6
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7
Cook for another 2 minutes
- Step 8
Serve it hot with rice or chapati.
