- Step 1
For Kachori
In a bowl add 3 tbsp wheat flour,1/4 tsp jeera,1/8 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp dry mango powder, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2
Knead into a semisoft dough using water as required.
- Step 3
Divide the dough into equal parts and set aside.
- Step 4
Heat a kadhai with oil for frying.
- Step 5
Deep fry until the kachori turns golden brown.
- Step 6
For Kadhi
In a bowl add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tsp besan, 1/4 tsp haldi and whisk until smooth.
- Step 7
Next, heat a pan with 1 tsp ghee, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1 red chilli, kadi patta and saute.
- Step 8
Then, add 1/8 tsp hing, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp salt for taste and mix.
- Step 9
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 10
Pour the besan Nestlé A+ Curd mixture, add water to adjust the consistency and mix well.
- Step 11
Simmer until all flavors combine well.
- Step 12
Finally, garnish with 1/2 tsp of chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 13
Dunk the kachori in kadhi and enjoy!
