- Step 1
For Kadhi
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp besan, 4 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, a little water and mix well to make a smooth paste. Keep aside.
- Step 2
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp ghee, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 5 kadi patta, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp hing.
- Step 3
Pour the besan mixture, add a little water to adjust the consistency and mix well.
- Step 4
Cover and cook for a few minutes.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 6
And it is ready!
- Step 7
For Rice
Rinse and soak 2 tbsp rice.
- Step 8
Take a pressure cooker and add the soaked rice.
- Step 9
Add water as required and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 10
Cover and pressure cook.
- Step 11
Serve steamed rice with kadhi.
