PrePreparation
Soak and cook 1/4 cup chana till soft with 1/8 tsp haldi. Drain the excess water and grind them coarsely. Keep aside.

Preparation
In a bowl, add ground chana, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix properly.

Give a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds.
- Step 4
Divide the mixture into equal portion and make cutlets of desired shape and keep aside.
- Step 5
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and place cutlets.
- Step 6
Shallow fry the cutlets on both sides till crispy and golden brown.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
