Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Take a kadhai and heat 2 tsp oil in it.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp rai and allow it to crackle.
- Step 3
To that add 1/4 cup julienne onion and saute until they turn golden brown
- Step 4
Then add 1/4 salt, 1/4 tsp haldi and mix well.
- Step 5
Once mixed, add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, little water and saute well.
- Step 6
When the raw spices smell goes off, add 1/3 cup chopped potatoes wedges and mix well.
- Step 7
Clover & cook till done the potatoes well.
- Step 8
Finally sprinkle 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 9
Serve hot.
