Prepreparation
Soak 1/2 cup poha, drain the excess water, and keep it aside.

Preparation
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan; add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp chopped green chili, 1 tbsp peanuts, 1/4 tsp hing, 1 tbsp chopped onion, and 1/4 tsp haldi, and saute until the onion turns translucent.

Add 1/4 cup boiled diced potato, soaked poha, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp lemon juice.
- Step 4
Mix all ingredients well and cook for a minute.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
