- Step 1
In a pan, heat 1 ½ tsp ghee, add 2 green elaichi, 3 cloves, and 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 cup julienne onion, and saute until onion turns to golden brown.
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes,1/4 tsp haldi, 1 tsp garam masala, salt as per taste, and saute until tomatoes are softened.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 4
Add 80g diced chicken, 2 tbsp diced jack fruit, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, and mix well.
- Step 5
Cover and cook it for a few minutes. Add water as required and cook until chicken is done.
- Step 6
Once the chicken is well cooked, add a layer of 3 tbsp of cooked rice.
- Step 7
Add saffron Nestlé A+ Milk, 7 cashewnuts, 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves.
- Step 8
Finally, add 1/2 tsp ghee, and cover the lid, turn the flame to low to medium, and let it cook for a few minutes.
- Step 9
Serve hot with raita.
