- Step 1
Take a flat platter and place a Katla fish slice on it.
- Step 2
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8 tsp salt, 2 tsp corn flour and squeeze 1/2 tsp lemon juice on the fish.
- Step 3
Marinate the fish by mixing all the spices together and coating the fish fully with the paste.

Take a frying pan and heat 1.5 tsp oil.
- Step 5
Shallow fry the fish flip and fry.
- Step 6
Add the marinated fish slice in it, flip and shallow fry evenly.
- Step 7
Once golden brown, take off the flame and place on a serving platter.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
