Ingredients

- Step 1
For Dough
In a mixing bowl, take 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 1/2 tbsp sugar powder, and mix well.
- Step 2
In the same bowl add 1/2 cup maida,1/8 tsp salt, activated yeast, 1/2 tbsp ghee and mix well
- Step 3
Pouring in a little water, knead it into a soft dough.
- Step 4
Cover the dough and put aside for 15 min.
- Step 5
For Keema
In a mixing bowl add 1/8 cup minced mutton,1/2 tbsp chopped onion,1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp garam masala,1/8 tsp salt
- Step 6
Mix all ingredients well.
- Step 7
For Khameeri Roti
Flatten the dough and spread keema on top of the roti.
- Step 8
Press lightly with hand and spread 1 tsp olive oil.
- Step 9
Grease baking tray and place khameeri roti.
- Step 10
Baked at 250 degrees for 7 to 8 mins.
