Ingredients

- Step 1
for Kheema Mixture
Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
- Step 2
Add 50gm minced mutton, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Step 3
Add 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 4
Add water and give it a quick mix.
- Step 5
Close the lid and allow to cook till the meat is tender.
- Step 6
Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves on top.
- Step 7
For Dough
In 3.5 tbsp wheat flour, add 1/8 tsp salt, water as required and knead it into soft dough.

Using a rolling pin roll it.
- Step 9
Add the mutton mixture in the center, fold and seal.
- Step 10
Roll again into a paratha.
- Step 11
Transfer the paratha into a hot pan on medium flame
- Step 12
Apply 1.5 tsp ghee and roast well on both sides.
- Step 13
Serve Hot
