Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add urad dal and moong dal mixture
- Step 2
Season it with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 cup chopped amaranth leaves
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 4
Mix everything well.
- Step 5
Heat a kadhai with oil for frying and add small portions of the mixture.
- Step 6
Fry until crisp and golden brown.
- Step 7
Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
