Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 2 tsp ghee, add 2 tsp chopped cashewnuts and roast until light brown
- Step 2
Add soaked quinoa and saute for a minute
- Step 3
Add 2 cups of water, cover and cook until soft
- Step 4
Add in 2 tbsp sugar and mix until it dissolves
- Step 5
Add 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder, kesar water and mix well
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 7
Serve warm
