- Step 1
For khakhra
In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp hing , 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp jeera, 2 tsp oil and water to knead the dough.
- Step 2
Roll into roti and roast the khakhra, apply ghee on each side and cook completely on both sides.
- Step 3
For open sandwich
On the prepared khakhra, spread 1 tsp tomato ketchup.
- Step 4
Add 1 tbsp chopped cucumber, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped boil beetroot, 1 tbsp chopped boil potato, 1/4th tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and 1 tsp grated cheese.
- Step 5
A healthy snack ready to be served.
