Steps
- Step 1
In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil
- Step 2
To that, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8 tsp salt and sauté till golden brown.
- Step 3
Then, add 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 50g chicken, and 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Step 4
Add a little, cover and cook till chicken is done.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
