Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Knead 1/8 cup wheat flour with water as required into a soft dough. Make 1 chapati and set aside.
- Step 2
For Kheema
Heat a pan with 2 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/8h cup julienne onion and saute well.
- Step 3
Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder and 1/8 tsp haldi.
- Step 4
Mix all ingredients and saute it for a minute.
- Step 5
Pour a little water, add 1/8 cup chopped tomato and cook for a minute
- Step 6
Add 1/4 tsp garam masala, 2.5 tbsp minced chicken and mix well.
- Step 7
Add little water and season with 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 8
Cover and cook until done and set aside.
- Step 9
For Omelette
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil and add 1 egg.
- Step 10
Fry it from both sides and place a chapati on it.
- Step 11
Top it up with kheema, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and gently fold it.
- Step 12
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 13
Tasty Kheema Baida Roti is ready to serve hot.
