Steps
- Step 1
In a blender, add 1/2 cup chopped cucumber, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste and salt for taste

Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 3
Blend until smooth and transfer to a bowl
- Step 4
Next heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp rai and kadi patta.
- Step 5
Pour the tadka over the chutney
- Step 6
Serve with your favorite snack
