Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp ghee, add 1/4 cup wheat flour and roast until light brown
- Step 2
Add 1/8 cup khoa, mix well and cook until it combines well
- Step 3
Transfer to a bowl and set aside
- Step 4
Add 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp chopped cashew nuts, 1 tbsp chopped almonds and combine well
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 6
Cool down the mixture and shape into equalsized pinni.
