- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add 1 tbsp kulith dal flour, water, and mix well.
- Step 2
Next, in a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 3
Add 1/4th tsp rai and let it crackle.
- Step 4
Then, add 1/4th tsp each of grated ginger, grated garlic and green chilli paste.
- Step 5
Add 1/8th tsp hing, and 1/4th cup of chopped onion and saute well.
- Step 6
Next, add 1/4th tsp haldi, and red chilli powder and mix well.
- Step 7
Add the prepared kulith mixture and water and mix well again.
- Step 8
Season with 1/4th tsp salt and a garnish of 1/4th tsp of chopped coriander leaves.
