- Step 1
For Tofu Fry
In a mixing bowl add 1/4 cup diced tofu,1/8 tsp black pepper powder,1/2 tbsp corn flour, and mix it well.
- Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and shallow fry chicken till golden in color.
- Step 3
For Kung Pao
In a pan heat 1/2 tsp sesame oil, add 1/2 dry red chili,1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/4 tsp grated ginger,1 tsp chopped spring onion and saute it well.
- Step 4
Add water as required,1/4 tsp red chili sauce,3/4 tsp soya sauce,1/8 tsp salt,1/8 tsp sugar, corn flour slurry , mix and cook it well.
- Step 5
Add into the shallow fried tofu,1 tbsp roasted groundnuts, and mix well.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
