- Step 1
In a pan heat 1/2 tsp sesame oil, add 1/2 dry red chili,1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/4 tsp grated ginger,1 tsp chopped spring onion and saute it well.
- Step 2
Add into the 2 cubes red capsicum,2 cubes yellow capsicum,2 florets broccoli,2 sliced carrots, and saute it well.
- Step 3
Add into the 1/4 tsp red chili sauce,3/4 tsp soya sauce,1/8 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp salt,1/8 tsp sugar, Water as required, corn flour slurry, mix and cook it well.
- Step 4
Add into the 1 tbsp roasted groundnuts, and mix well.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
