Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 2 tbsp chopped jaggery and stir until it melts
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp chopped dates, 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder and cook for a minute
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mixed seeds
- Step 4
Add 3/4 cup puffed rice and mix it quickly
- Step 5
Transfer the mixture to a plate and let it cool a little
- Step 6
Grease your hands with 1/4 tsp ghee, take portions of the mixture and shape into even sized laddoos
- Step 7
Allow it to cool down completely and enjoy
