Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 3/4 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ajwain and water. Knead a dough.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 3
Roll into a paratha and start creating pleats.
- Step 4
Stretch the pleated dough and dust with flour.
- Step 5
Start rolling into a thin circle and make a round paratha.
- Step 6
Heat a griddle and roast the paratha with 2 tbsp ghee on both sides.
- Step 7
Serve hot with any side of your choice.
