Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp ghee, add 1 cup grated lauki and cook until water evaporates.
- Step 2
Pour 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and allow it to simmer.
- Step 3
Add 1.5 tbsp khoa and keep stirring until it reduces.
- Step 4
Add 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp chopped badam,1 tsp chopped pista and 1 tsp chopped kaju.
- Step 5
Mix everything well.
- Step 6
Add 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder for a beautiful aroma.
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 8
Let the halwa cook for a few more minutes until the right consistency is reached.
- Step 9
Serve warm.
