- Step 1
Heat 2 tsp oil in a kadai, add 1/2 tsp chopped green chilies, 4 kadi patta, 1 tbsp chopped onion and stir it.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and water as required.
- Step 3
Add 2 boiled eggs in the gravy.
- Step 4
Add 1/4 cup coconut milk and mix well.
- Step 5
Sprinkle 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6
Mix and cook it well.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 8
Serve it hot.
